CAFÉ DA ROÇA
AT THE MARKET

‘Café da Roça’ at the MARKET is a cultural project in partnership with the City Hall/SEDEARE, SEFAM, Municipal Tourism Company (EMUTUR), the Technical Assistance and Rural Extension Company (EMATER), along with the Fazendo Arte Association of Pirapora/FEIRARTE and rural community enterprises. The ‘Café da Roça’ takes place at the Municipal Market of Pirapora on Saturday mornings, promoting solidarity economy and local bakery production; celebrating local artists and traditional typical flavors: cookies, beijús (a type of Brazilian sweet), cakes, pastéis (fried pastries), and more. It’s a special attraction on busy market days, with live music performances between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
